All product specifications, grades, hardness values, and technical data published on this website are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. Macloid Metalix Pvt. Ltd. makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of technical information, but specifications may vary based on raw material availability and production batch.

Product images are for representational purposes only and may not accurately depict actual size, color, or surface texture.

Technical documents, safety data sheets (SDS), and test certificates are available upon request and represent actual tested values for specific production batches. Published specifications represent typical values and not guaranteed minimums unless expressly stated in a written contract.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or substitute products without prior notice.

All orders are subject to written confirmation by Macloid Metalix Pvt. Ltd. A purchase order submitted by a customer does not constitute a binding contract until accepted in writing by an authorized representative of the Company.

Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, freight rates, and exchange rate fluctuations for international orders.

Standard payment terms are 50% advance and 50% against documents (Letter of Credit or TT) for export orders. Domestic orders are typically 100% advance or as agreed in writing.

The Company reserves the right to cancel orders where payment is not received within the agreed timeline, and to recover any costs incurred in production or material procurement.

Delivery timelines provided at the time of quotation are estimates based on current production schedules and are not guaranteed. The Company will make reasonable efforts to meet stated delivery timelines.

For export orders, title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer at the agreed Incoterms point (typically FOB Indian Port). The Company is not liable for delays caused by shipping lines, port congestion, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

Domestic deliveries within India are subject to prevailing freight rates and carrier availability. The Company will notify customers of significant delays as soon as they become known.

Customers are responsible for obtaining appropriate import licenses, permits, and complying with the import regulations of the destination country for all export orders.

Quality claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of receipt of goods, supported by third-party laboratory test reports from an accredited testing facility. Claims submitted without supporting documentation will not be considered.

Where a quality claim is upheld, the Company's liability is limited to replacement of the defective goods or a credit note equivalent to the invoice value of the disputed quantity. The Company is not liable for consequential losses, production downtime, or costs arising from use of allegedly defective goods.

Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization from the Company. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.

Claims related to shortages must be supported by a survey report issued at the port of destination or at the point of delivery by a recognized surveyor.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific goods to which the claim relates.

We do not warrant that this website will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the website at any time without notice.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.

For B2B disputes exceeding INR 50 lakhs, either party may elect to resolve the dispute through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Ludhiana.
