1999
Founded
Macloid Metalix Pvt. Ltd. is incorporated in Rajkot, Gujarat. A single atomization unit begins producing 3,000 tons of steel shot annually for regional foundries.
2003
ISO certification
The company achieves ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification — establishing the formal quality framework that underpins every product shipped to this day.
2007
Export expansion
International exports reach 30% of total revenue. Trading relationships are active across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Thailand, and South Korea.
2012
Capacity doubled
A major expansion adds 100,000 sq. ft. of new manufacturing space, two additional atomization towers, and a fully equipped in-house metallurgical laboratory.
2018
New plant commissioned
A second manufacturing plant is commissioned in Rajkot GIDC, introducing stainless steel shot and angular grit grades G10–G80 for aerospace and precision peening markets.
2024
500+ clients milestone
